Inserts:

4-layer 60% bamboo, 30% cotton, 10% Polyester Snake

2-layer 60% bamboo, 30% cotton, 10% Polyester Trifold

Dimensions (unwashed):

Trifold: 35cm (w) x 30cm (l) 12cm (w) when folded

Snake: 12cm (w) x 56cm (l)

** allow 10%-15% marginal difference in measurements. All measurements are taken prior to washing.

Care & Washing

How to Wash Your Night Nappies

Step 1: Remove solids

Dispose of poo into the toilet. This step is optional if your baby has yet to start solids.

Then store the used cloth nappy in a dry pail for up to 12 hours

Note: If you cannot prewash your night nappy within 12 hours, please hot hand rinse you nappy when its taken off bub to remove excess wee

Step 2: Pre-wash

Pre-wash your nappies on a 30-60 minutes cycle on 40-60 degrees with detergent within 12 hours. This removes the majority of soiling. You nappies can then be placed back into a dry pail for a further 48-72 hours until they need to be main washed.

Step 3: Main-wash cycle

Run a long (2-3 hour) cotton cycle 40-60 degrees with detergent.

Step 4: Hang to dry

Air dry nappies or use a clothes/tumble dryer on low heat

How do I know if my baby needs the heavy wetter version?

If your baby’s nappy is fully saturated or leaking before morning, the heavy wetter style is the best choice.

For babies who wake up with only a moderately wet nappy, our average wetter option will be more than enough, while still offering overnight protection.

Do I need a cover over the fitted night nappy?

Yes! Our fitted night nappies are made from absorbent bamboo terry, which needs a waterproof layer over the top.

We recommend pairing it with our Wipeable or wool nappy covers for complete overnight leak protection.

How do I wash and care for my night nappies?

Simply rinse off any solids, then store in a dry pail or wet bag for up to 12 hours.

Machine wash on a short (30-60 minute) cycle at 40–60°C with your regular detergent

Within 24 hours, machine wash again on a long (2-3 hours) cycle at 40–60°C with your regular detergent, then line dry or tumble dry on low.

Avoid bleach and fabric softeners to protect the bamboo and cotton fibres and maintain absorbency.

Will the heavy wetter night nappy be too bulky for my baby?

Our heavy wetter style is designed with extra absorbent layers, so it will be bulkier than our average wetter version, but most parents find it still fits comfortably under a cover and pyjamas.

These are really great for heavy wetters. Getting the fit can take a bit of practice but I never have any leaks!

So unbelievably soft and thirsty!

It’s such a pleasure putting this nappy on my baby at night, it’s so soft it’s like putting on a cloud! Even with all the layers it just seems so comfy and not a single leak even though little miss is a bit unwell and nursed all through the night! I live this product! I found the instruction on the bottom of the tin super easy to find and follow. I was a bit confused by the differing recommendations of how much lanolin to use when rejuvenating my wool nappy covers, but the instructions on the tin worked very well.

I love this so much. I was sceptical at first that it would actually be waterproof and not leak everywhere, but it’s actually magic (or maybe just science / logic) but it’s the best. Bub is comfy and dry all night!

I couldn’t believe how well they work

At first I was like NO WAY will this work, went through the process of lanolising the cover which was way easier than I imagined! I gave them a go for our day naps and oh my goodness, they work like a dream and bubs is soooo comfortable in her wool ♥️ as you can tell by the pics one is VERY well used (sometimes as shorts lol) and the other brand new never yet used !

The first nappy I reach for after wash day

Half of my nappy stash is now Mimi and Co and I'm hoping to replace the other 15 over too! I love the absorbency, ease of closure, the cutest designs in any MCN brand and MOST importantly, no leaks! Easy wipes

Easier than you think to convert to cloth wipes from disposable! These do such a much better job of cleaning up number 2’s than the disposables and they really are just so easy to incorporate into your routine.

Mimi’s 2.0’s are the best! By far the best fitting nappy from a skinny newborn to chunky baby and then toddler years. The more slender wing design means they fit so much better than other brands. My only regret was not purchasing them sooner!

Stunning print

I adore the Penny cloth nappy print!! It's become my favourite in our collection. After trying the bamboo terry inserts with this nappy, I don't think I can go back to the 'old' style inserts as nothing compares to the softness, flexibility, and moldability of bamboo terry. I feel like bub gets a much more comfortable fit with the bamboo terry inserts!

They’re incredibly soft on sensitive skin and we’ve noticed far less irritation compared to disposables. The quality is fantastic and they hold up really well after lots of washes.
