Mimi & Co AU Pty Ltd Shipping Policy

Shipping within Australia:

  • Standard Shipping:
    $13.95 flat rate for all Australian locations. Free shipping is applied only if an individual order exceeds $200 AUD. Please note, orders cannot be combined after being placed. If you submit multiple separate orders, each order must individually meet the free shipping threshold. Standard Shipping includes economical couriers such as Aramex & Couriers Please.

  • Express Shipping:
    $19.95 flat rate for all Australian locations.

  • Australia Post Delivery Option:
    We offer an option for parcels to be delivered via Australia Post only at a flat rate of $16.95 with no free shipping threshold. Please note, if you are using a PO Box or a parcel locker, Australia Post must be used.

  • Standard Service:
    Our standard service allows us to choose the most economical courier available, typically selected from Courier Please, Amamex, DHL,Direct Freight Express or Australia Post.

International Shipping:

We offer limited international shipping and price is calculated at checkout. For inquiries on shipping to specific countries, please email admin@mimiandco.com.au.

Order Dispatch:

Orders will usually be dispatched within 2-3 business days when items are in stock. During sale periods please allow up to 3 extra business days for dispatch. 

Ownership and Responsibility:

Once items are shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the buyer. You will be required to initiate any necessary investigations; however, we remain available to assist or provide evidence as needed. If items arrive damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the order so we can work with you to resolve any issues.

Missing Packages After Confirmed Delivery:

  • Proof of Delivery:
    Our couriers provide documentation confirming delivery, indicating that the package was delivered to the address provided.

  • Authority to Leave:
    Some packages are automatically sent with "Authority to Leave." If a package is delivered under this arrangement and is later lost or damaged, Mimi & Co AU Pty Ltd is not liable. We recommend choosing a secure location for such deliveries.

  • Next Steps:
    If your package appears to be missing after confirmed delivery, please:

    • Verify the designated delivery spot.
    • Check with neighbours or other household members.
    • If still not located, consider filing a theft report.

Shipping Address:

Please ensure you provide an accurate shipping address. Incorrect addresses will incur standard postage rates for re-shipping. If you notice an error, contact us immediately so we can coordinate with the courier.

Backorder Policy:

Backordering is available for some out-of-stock items. Please note that orders with backordered items are dispatched only once all items are available.

Tracking:

All of our couriers provide tracking services. An email with your tracking number will be sent once your order is in transit.
