Mimi & Co AU Pty Ltd Shipping Policy

Order Dispatch:

Orders will usually be dispatched within 4-5 business days when items are in stock.

Ownership and Responsibility:

Once items are shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the buyer. However, should items arrive damaged or get misplaced, reach out to us within 3 days of receiving the order. We'll work with you to resolve any issues.

Missing Packages After Confirmed Delivery:

Proof of Delivery: Our couriers provide documentation confirming delivery. This indicates that the package was delivered to the address provided.
Authority to Leave: Our packages are automatically sent with "Authority to Leave". When packages have "authority to leave" and get lost or damaged post-delivery, Mimi & Co AU Pty Ltd is not liable. We recommend choosing a secure location for such deliveries.
Next Steps: If your package seems missing post-delivery:
- Verify the delivery spot.
- Check with neighbors or other household members.
- If still not located, consider filing a theft report.

Shipping Address:

Ensure you provide an accurate shipping address. Incorrect addresses will incur standard postage rates for re-shipping. Should you spot an error, contact us immediately to coordinate with the courier.

Backorder Policy:

Backordering is available for out-of-stock items. Please note that orders with backordered items are dispatched once every item is available.

Shipping within Australia:

Standard Shipping: $10 flat rate for all Australian locations via Australia Post.
Express Shipping: Upgrade available to Express Post for an additional $5.

Shipping to New Zealand:

Standard Shipping: All locations in New Zealand via Australia Post's Standard International mail at prevailing rates.
Express Shipping: Upgrade available to International Express Post at standard rates.

International Shipping:

We offer limited international shipping. For inquiries on shipping to specific countries, please email admin@mimiandco.com.au.

Tracking:

Both Australia Post and Sendle provide tracking. An email with the tracking number will be sent once your order is in transit.

Wool covers are amazing! Comfy for bubs, only have to wash every month or so or when soiled and wayyy easier to put on a rolling whingey baby than a snap on cover. We use these over out preflats + boosters.
I was definotely hesitant due to the special wash routine but it's super easy. The only issue I've found is they're much harder to get poo stains out of due to the cold wash only requirement.

These are so amazing, such good quality, there’s been a lot of thought and trial into these nappies. The prints are beautiful, the inserts are also really good quality. I’ve had other nappies and they don’t compare to mimi&co!! Amazing

Best bundle ever

I was on the fence about preflat. Saw Mimi’s video with her son and thought it looked so comfy. This is the best bundle ever. Not too much to make you question yourself if you regret it. It made me order more after. Buzz is my absolute favorite print 😍 I bought two preflat in that print and it sold out 😭 I wish I got more of them. My second favorite print from my order is burnside. The combination of wool on the pre flats will be my go to now. I haven’t gone for my 2.0s after my preflat a arrived. Bub is 13 months. I wish I had gotten these much much sooner.

Best nappies in the bus.

I have one other brand in my stash but these are my go to! If I’m leaving the house and I just want peace of mind that we won’t leak or have a blow out I’m always reaching for my 2.0’s. I currently have 12 in my collection but can’t wait to get more!
