Order Dispatch:

Orders will usually be dispatched within 4-5 business days when items are in stock.

Ownership and Responsibility:

Once items are shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the buyer. However, should items arrive damaged or get misplaced, reach out to us within 3 days of receiving the order. We'll work with you to resolve any issues.

Missing Packages After Confirmed Delivery:

  • Proof of Delivery: Our couriers provide documentation confirming delivery. This indicates that the package was delivered to the address provided.

  • Authority to Leave: Our packages are automatically sent with "Authority to Leave". When packages have "authority to leave" and get lost or damaged post-delivery, Mimi & Co AU Pty Ltd is not liable. We recommend choosing a secure location for such deliveries.

  • Next Steps: If your package seems missing post-delivery:

    • Verify the delivery spot.
    • Check with neighbors or other household members.
    • If still not located, consider filing a theft report.

Shipping Address:

Ensure you provide an accurate shipping address. Incorrect addresses will incur standard postage rates for re-shipping. Should you spot an error, contact us immediately to coordinate with the courier.

Backorder Policy:

Backordering is available for out-of-stock items. Please note that orders with backordered items are dispatched once every item is available.

Shipping within Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: $10 flat rate for all Australian locations via Australia Post.
  • Express Shipping: Upgrade available to Express Post for an additional $5.

Shipping to New Zealand:

  • Standard Shipping: All locations in New Zealand via Australia Post's Standard International mail at prevailing rates.
  • Express Shipping: Upgrade available to International Express Post at standard rates.

International Shipping:

We offer limited international shipping. For inquiries on shipping to specific countries, please email admin@mimiandco.com.au.

Tracking:

Both Australia Post and Sendle provide tracking. An email with the tracking number will be sent once your order is in transit.
