Introduction Welcome to the "Free Doll's Nappy with Every Order" promotion ("Promotion") hosted by Mimi & Co AU Pty Ltd ("Mimi & Co"). Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you should not participate in the Promotion.

Promotion Period The Promotion starts on 3rd April 2024 at 00:01 AEDT and ends when stock runs out. Orders placed outside this timeframe are not eligible for the Promotion.

Eligibility This Promotion is open to all customers of Mimi & Co with no minimum spend required. Employees of Mimi & Co, their immediate family members, and any other persons associated with the administration of this Promotion are ineligible to participate.

How to Participate

  • To participate, simply place an order through Mimi & Co's website during the Promotion Period.
  • Each order will receive one (1) free doll's nappy, included automatically with the shipment.

Promotion Details

  • The print of the free doll's nappy will be chosen at random and cannot be selected or exchanged by participants.
  • There is no minimum spend required to qualify for this offer.
  • The offer is limited to one free doll's nappy per order, regardless of the order size or total spend.

General Terms

  • This offer is subject to availability and is valid while stocks last.
  • The free doll's nappy is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
  • If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Mimi & Co, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, Mimi & Co reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion.

Promotion Period: The Promotion commences on Tuesday 26th March at 00:01 AEDT and concludes on Tuesday 2nd April at 23:59 AEDT ("Promotion Period").

Eligibility: The Promotion is open to all Mimi & Co customers aged 18 and over, excluding Mimi & Co employees, their immediate family members, affiliated agents, or any third party directly involved with the Promotion's administration.

How to Participate: Participants are required to find hidden Easter eggs on the Mimi & Co website (mimiandco.com.au) within the Promotion Period. Each Easter egg contains a unique discount code for use on the Mimi & Co website.

Eggs to be Found:

  1. Golden Egg (Limited daily) – 20% off RRP
  2. Silver Eggs – 15% off RRP
  3. Green Eggs – 10% off RRP

Use of Codes:

  • Enter the discount code at checkout to redeem the offer.
  • Each discount code is single-use.
  • Discount codes cannot be combined with any other offer, including bundles and gift cards. If a bundle's discount exceeds that of an egg, the greater discount will apply, but discounts will not be cumulative.
