Mimi & Co Sale Terms and Conditions

Sale Period: 8:00 PM AEDT Friday 28 February 2026 – 5:00 AM AEDT Monday 2 March 2026

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made during the Mimi & Co sale event (the "Sale"). By placing an order during the Sale period, you agree to be bound by these terms.


1. Sale Period

  • The Sale commences at 8:00 PM Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) on Friday 28 February 2026.
  • The Sale concludes at 5:00 AM AEDT on Monday 2 March 2026, or earlier if stock is sold out, whichever occurs first.
  • Mimi & Co reserves the right to end the Sale early without notice


2. Discount

  • All eligible products are discounted at 33% off the recommended retail price (RRP) for the duration of the Sale.
  • Bundle products are discounted at 33% off the RRP of the bundle as a whole.
  • Discounts are applied automatically at checkout. No discount codes are required.


3. Pricing Errors and Order Cancellations

  • Mimi & Co reserves the right to cancel, void, or refuse any order where a pricing error, technical fault, or system error has resulted in a discount greater than 33% off RRP being applied.
  • This includes, but is not limited to, instances where discount codes, stacking discounts, or platform errors cause an unintended reduction in price.
  • In the event an order is cancelled under this clause, customers will receive a full refund of any amounts paid. Mimi & Co is not obligated to fulfil orders placed at an incorrect price.
  • Mimi & Co reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a pricing error has occurred.


4. Stock Availability

  • All Sale products are subject to availability. Once a product is sold out, it is sold out.
  • No pre-orders, back-orders, rain checks, or waitlists will be offered for products that sell out during the Sale.
  • Stock quantities are not guaranteed and may change rapidly during the Sale period.


5. Sale Exclusions

  • Gift vouchers are excluded from the Sale and are not eligible for the 33% discount.
  • Any products marked as excluded on the Mimi & Co website at the time of purchase are not eligible for Sale pricing, this includes all "Snuggle Hunny"


6. No Price Matching

  • Mimi & Co does not offer price matching for customers who purchase outside of the Sale period.
  • If you purchase a product before or after the Sale commences or concludes, you are not entitled to the Sale price.
  • No retrospective discounts or credits will be applied to orders placed outside the Sale window.


7. No Rain Checks

  • Rain checks will not be issued for any products that are unavailable or sell out during the Sale.
  • Customers are encouraged to complete their purchases promptly to avoid missing out.


8. General

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws
  • Mimi & Co reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time during the Sale without prior notice.
  • Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
